• This service is exclusive to individual customers of Krungthai Bank.
• For transfers through Krungthai WARP service via Krungthai NEXT application, funds can be transferred to the following destinations: United States—U.S. Dollar (USD), United Kingdom—Pound Sterling (GBP), Hong Kong—Hong Kong Dollar (HKD), and Singapore—Singapore Dollar (SGD). The funds will be deposited to the destination account within approximately 1-2 business days, subject to the conditions of the receiving bank.
• International transfers via Krungthai NEXT are available in 4 currencies to 4 destination countries: USD—United States, GBP—United Kingdom, SGD—Singapore, HKD—Hong Kong. For transfers from Krungthai Travel Card or Inter Wallet, with a maximum transfer amount of 600,000 Baht, and transfers from Thai Baht current or savings accounts, with a maximum transfer amount of 1,500,000 Baht, customers are entitled to the promotional fee of 99 Baht, which applies from December 1, 2023 to June 30, 2024.
• Exclusive benefits for customers who make an international transfer via Krungthai NEXT: Get a 200-Baht LAZADA E-Coupon
• To be entitled to the 200-Baht LAZADA E-Coupon, customers must register for the promotion on Krungthai NEXT application or Krungthai Connext LINE official account prior to making the international transfer.
• The promotion is restricted to 1,000 coupons per month and 3,000 coupons throughout the promotion period.
• The promotion period for the 200-Baht LAZADA E-Coupon is from January 1 to March 31, 2024. This promotion may conclude earlier if the allocated number of coupons are claimed before the end date.
• The 200-Baht LAZADA E-Coupon will be delivered via Krungthai Connext LINE official account at the end of the following month or within 30 days of the end of the month.
• If the individual eligible to the coupon does not use Krungthai Connext LINE official account or has blocked messages from Krungthai Connext, the Bank reserves the right to revoke the delivery of LAZADA E-Coupon. There are no alternatives for delivering the coupon through other methods, nor can it be exchanged, transferred, or refunded.
• The LAZADA E-Coupon can be used immediately or within the validity period indicated on the coupon. In the event that the coupon expires or all coupons are claimed, the Bank reserves the right not to offer any additional discount or compensation.
• The Bank reserves the right not to compensate or reimburse the E-Coupon value if the payment is cancelled or rejected.
• This E-Coupon cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash, in whole or in part.
• The terms of use of the E-Coupon is as specified by LAZADA.
• Exemption from Commission in Lieu fees for FCD accounts (in the case of outbound transfers to other countries via the WARP system on Krungthai NEXT application).
• For transfers made at branches, funds can be transferred to 41 destination countries. The funds will be deposited to the destination account within approximately 1-2 business days, subject to the conditions of the receiving bank.
• International transfers for investment purposes cannot be initiated through Krungthai NEXT application. Instead, these transfers must be made via SWIFT system by submitting the required documents at the Bank’s branches. In all cases of digital asset investment, customers are required to obtain a license from the Bank of Thailand (BOT) and submit the required documents in accordance with BOT regulations.
• International transfers to their own’s accounts in foreign countries cannot be made via any channel of Krungthai WARP. These transfers must be made at the Bank’s branches via SWIFT system, and the supporting documents must be submitted for each transaction.
• Once a transaction is completed, customers are unable to modify or cancel the transaction under any circumstances.
• If a transfer to the recipient’s account fails due to incomplete information or rejection by the receiving bank, resulting in a refund, the Bank will reimburse the customer for the amount the Bank receives after deducting any transaction fees charged by the receiving bank. This refund will be processed using the Bank's buying exchange rate on the day the refund is initiated.
• The Bank reserves the right to modify the conditions, terms, durations, benefits of this promotion, or to terminate it, in whole or in part. This includes the right to substitute benefits with items of similar or equivalent value. Any changes will be announced or communicated to customers at least 7 days in advance, unless the changes do not result in any loss of benefits. In cases of disputes regarding this promotion, the Bank's decision will be deemed final.
• The Bank reserves the right to provide the benefits of this promotion to customers who qualify and meet the criteria of this promotional event, according to the data in the Bank’s database.
• Customers who participate in this promotional event are deemed to have read and understood the criteria and the process of participation, as well as having agreed to abide by the terms and conditions stated above.
