- Permanent employees with private company earning minimum of 30,000 baht salary.
- Having salary account with Krungthai Bank.
- Minimum working period of 1 year.
- Age below 60 years old.
Required documents
- Copy of national identification card.
- Copy of house registration document.
- Employee identification card (if any).
- Original copy of income certifying letter or latest payroll slip or other original copy of credential income reports.
- 6-month-backward bank statement is required. In case of a new customer with less-than-6-month of net salary transaction in the Krungthai Bank account, the salary account of other banks may be submitted for loan approval.
- In case that the applicant applies for refinance purpose, the latest document/statement of personal loan or credit card; or other documents with relevant information of refinance purposes are required.
