Krungthai Bank promotes cultural tourism at Ban Phon Thai in Pho Chai District, Roi Et Province. Our aim is to provide tourists with an opportunity to immerse themselves in the traditional upcountry way of life and engage in community activities, including the art of weaving and crafting with reeds. This initiative serves as a means to preserve and pass down the rich local culture and way of life to future generations.
Through these efforts, we align our business operations with the United Nations’ sustainability framework and the Sustainable Development Goals, namely the goal of Decent Work and Economic Growth, which aims to promote sustained, inclusive and sustainable economic growth, full and productive employment and decent work for all, and the goal of Sustainable Cities and Communities, which aims to make cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, resilient and sustainable.
