Collect cash at any bank branches or Currency exchange booth with Western Union logo across the country.
- Receive money
  - Fill up the receive money form.
  - Hand in the form together with National identification card or passport.
  - Collect cash and receipt.
- Send money
  - Fill up the sending money form.
  - Hand in the form together with National identification card or passport.
  - The service agent will send all details of transfer to the system.
  - After transfer made, the service agent will issue MTCN number ( for the reference use ) and receipt for the customer.
  - Notify the receiver of the MTCN number with the details of sender name, amount sent and the origin country of the transfer.

Western Union Service Registration with Krungthai Bank Account

Registration for Krungthai – Western Union Service via ATMs

- The Applicant must have Krungthai Bank account and Krungthai ATM card. In case the Applicant does not have Krungthai Bank account or Krungthai ATM card, the Applicant can apply for the above mentioned service at any branch of Krungthai Bank.

- The Applicant can fill in the registration form for Krungthai – Western Union service via ATMs at any branch of Krungthai Bank.
Registration for Krungthai – Western Union Service via Krungthai NEXT Mobile Application (New!)

- The Applicant must have Krungthai Bank account and registers for using Krungthai NEXT mobile application. In case the Applicant does not have Krungthai Bank account or has not registered for using Krungthai NEXT, the Applicant can apply for the abovementioned service at any branch of Krungthai Bank.

- The Applicant can download the latest version of Krungthai NEXT mobile application via Appstore (iOS operating system) or via Playstore (Android operating system).
