Terms and Conditions of the Promotion

• This sales promotion is organized by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank") to provide exclusive privileges to customers who conduct international money transfers via Western Union through Krungthai Bank (via the Krungthai NEXT application) (the "Customers") during 1st April 2025, at 00:01 hours – 31st July 2025, at 25:59 hours (Thailand time), unless the specified quota is fully redeemed before the end of the campaign period. Customers will receive a fuel discount code worth 100 THB in accordance with the conditions set by the Bank.
• Existing customers receive a 100 THB fuel discount code, limited to the first 500 redemptions per month or up to 2,000 redemptions throughout the promotional period. The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
• New customers receive an additional 200 THB fuel discount code (totaling 300 THB), limited to the first 125 redemptions per month or up to 500 redemptions throughout the promotional period. The quota resets on the 1st of each month.
• New customers are defined as individuals who have not conducted any Western Union transactions via the Krungthai NEXT application from January 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025.
• Eligible customers who meet the conditions will receive their fuel discount code via the Krungthai LINE Connext within one month after the end of each promotional period, as follows:
  - Transactions during 1st – 30th April 2025, customers will receive the fuel discount code by 31st May 2025.
  - Transactions during 1st – 31st May 2025, customers will receive the fuel discount code by 30th June 2025.
  - Transactions during 1st – 30th June 2025, customers will receive the fuel discount code by 31st July 2025.
  - Transactions during 1st – 31st July 2025, customers will receive the fuel discount code by 31st August 2025.
• Only successful express international transfer transactions via Western Union are eligible.
• The Bank will send the fuel discount code to customers through Krungthai LINE Connext and/or any other method designated by the Bank. If the voucher cannot be delivered for any reason, the customer will be considered to have waived the benefit, and the Bank reserves the right to manage the fuel discount code as it deems appropriate.
• The fuel discount code cannot be transferred, converted into cash, or refunded under any circumstances.
• The terms and conditions for using the fuel discount code are set by the company, and the Bank is not responsible for them in any way.

Terms and Conditions for Using PT Fuel Discount Code

• The privilege is limited to 1 code/privilege/receipt.
• The period for receiving the PT fuel discount E-Coupon worth 100 THB is from 1st April 2025 to 31st July 2025, unless the specified quota is fully redeemed before the end of the campaign period.
• The Bank will send the 100 THB PT fuel discount E-Coupon via Krungthai LINE Connext only, within one month after the end of each monthly promotional period.
• If the customer is not using Krungthai LINE Connext or has blocked messages, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the PT fuel E-Coupon. The code cannot be delivered through any other method, nor can it be exchanged, substituted, transferred, or refunded in cash.
• Please present the discount code to the staff at PT gas stations to redeem the benefit.
• The discount code is valid for 6 months from the date of receipt via Krungthai LINE Connext.
• The terms and discount are subject to the conditions set by the store. The code cannot be exchanged for cash and cannot be combined with other promotions.
• If the value of the purchase exceeds the discount, customers must pay the difference.

Terms and Conditions for Receiving an iPhone 17 Series

• The customer must have the highest total outbound express transfer amount during the entire promotional period.
• Eligibility is calculated from 1st April 2025, at 00:01 hours to 31st December 2025, at 23:59 hours.
• Transfers must be made through the Bank’s channels, including Krungthai NEXT, ATMs, branches, and/or foreign exchange booths.
• The Bank will announce the winner on the Bank’s website and contact the winner to arrange either in-person collection or postal delivery to the registered address provided by the customer.
• The Bank reserves the right to substitute the prize with a different brand or model of equivalent value. Any changes will be announced or communicated to customers at least 3 days before the change takes effect, via the Bank’s website and/or other channels determined by the Bank.
• Should the Bank fail to establish contact with the initial prize winner within a period of 30 days for any reason, it shall be deemed that the winner has relinquished their entitlement to the prize. Subsequently, the prize will be bestowed upon the next eligible runner-up.

General Terms and Conditions

• Only successful express international transfer transactions via Western Union are eligible.
• In the case where the transaction is cancelled or the money cannot be sent or received, the transaction will be regarded as an unsuccessful transfer and will not be eligible for the privilege.
• The Bank reserves the right to provide exclusive benefits under this sales promotion solely to the customer who meets the specified criteria and adhere to the terms and conditions outlined. The Bank shall utilize the information contained within its database as the primary source of reference.
• Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or cancel this promotion, whether in whole or in part, including changes to similar or equivalent privileges. The Bank shall announce or notify customers no less than 3 days before the effective date via the Bank’s website or other channels as specified by the Bank. Unless the customers do not incur any disadvantage, in this case, the Bank may not provide prior notification. In the event of any dispute or disagreements related to this promotion, the Bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
• The Bank is not involved in the production, provision, distribution, import and/or delivery of goods/services under this sales promotion. The Bank does not act as a manufacturer, distributor, importer, or service provider, and bears no association with the products/services offered in this promotion. Therefore, the Bank reserves the right to refuse any responsibility for cases of loss, damage, destruction, or defect related to such goods/services. If customers experience any damage or issues with the products/services, or if they require receipts or invoices, please directly contact the respective sellers/manufacturers/service providers. By participating in this promotion, customers acknowledge that they have read and understood the terms and conditions, and agree to adhere to the stipulated requirements and conditions.
