International Money Transfer at Krungthai Bank with a Fee of 149 Baht

• The service is available exclusively for Krungthai Bank individual customers only.
• For international money transfers via the Krungthai NEXT application, supported currencies and destination countries are: United States - US dollar (USD), United Kingdom - Pound sterling (GBP), Hong Kong - Hong Kong dollar (HKD), Singapore - Singapore dollar (SGD). Using Krungthai Travel Card and Inter Wallet, you can transfer up to 600,000 Baht from Foreign Currency Deposit (FCD) accounts and up to 1,500,000 Baht from Thai Baht Deposit (CASA) accounts, with a transfer fee of 149 Baht per transaction. This offer is valid from 1 July to 30 September 2024. The funds will be credited to the destination account within approximately 1-2 business days, subject to the destination bank's processing conditions.
• Commission in Lieu is exempted for FCD accounts when making international transfers via the WARP system on the Krungthai NEXT app.
• For over-the-counter transfers at Krungthai Bank branches nationwide, money can be sent in 7 currencies to 41 destination countries, including the European Union (EUR), Australia (AUD), Canada (CAD), the United States (USD), the United Kingdom (GBP), Singapore (SGD), and Hong Kong (HKD). The fee is only 299 Baht per transaction from 1 July to 30 September 2024. Funds will be credited to the destination account within approximately 1-2 business days, subject to the processing conditions of the destination bank.
• Customers who intend to transfer funds abroad for investment purposes cannot use the Krungthai NEXT application for self-service transfers. They must complete their transactions through the SWIFT system by submitting the required documents at a bank branch. For investments in digital assets, customers need a license from the Bank of Thailand (BoT) and must provide all necessary documentation in accordance with BoT regulations.
• Customers wishing to transfer funds to their own accounts abroad cannot use the Krungthai WARP service. Transfers must be completed through the SWIFT system at a bank branch, and all required documents must be submitted for each transaction.
• Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be modified or canceled under any circumstances.
• If a transfer fails due to incomplete information or if the destination bank rejects it for any reason, the bank will refund the customer. The refund will be the amount received after deducting any fees from the destination bank and will be processed at the Bank's buy-back exchange rate on the refund date.
• The Bank reserves the right to modify or cancel all or part of the terms, conditions, and/or promotional offers, including replacing them with similar or equivalent benefits. Any changes or cancellations will be announced on the Bank's website at least 7 days in advance, unless it does not impact the customer’s rights, in which case prior notice may not be given. In case of any disputes or conflicts related to this promotion, the Bank's decision will be final.

Starbucks e-Coupon Worth 200 Baht

• This promotion is organized by Krung Thai Bank Public Company Limited ("the Bank") to offer exclusive benefits to customers who "register" for the promotion via the Krungthai NEXT app's promotions menu or through the Krungthai Connext LINE channel before or on the date of the international money transfer made via Krungthai NEXT ("Customer"). The promotion period is from 1 July 2024, 00:01 AM to 30 September 2024, 11:59 PM (Thailand time), or until the allocated number of coupons is reached. Eligible customers will receive a Starbucks e-Coupon worth 200 Baht, subject to the Bank's terms and conditions.
• The promotion is limited to the first 100 Starbucks e-Coupons issued each week, with a maximum of 1,400 coupons available throughout the promotion period. Coupon allocation will be reset every Monday at 00:01 AM.
• Each customer can receive one Starbucks e-Coupon per month, up to a maximum of three coupons throughout the promotion.
• Customers must register for the promotion through the Krungthai NEXT app’s promotions menu or via the Krungthai Connext LINE channel before or on the date of their international money transfer via Krungthai NEXT.
• Eligible customers will receive their Starbucks e-Coupon via the Krungthai Connext LINE channel within one month after the end of each promotion period as follows:
  • For transactions between 1 July 2024 and 31 July 2024, coupons will be delivered by 31 August 2024.
  • For transactions between 1 August 2024 and 31 August 2024, coupons will be delivered by 30 September 2024.
  • For transactions between 1 September 2024, and 30 September 2024, coupons will be delivered by 31 October 2024.
• To receive the Starbucks e-Coupon, customers must be registered with the Krungthai Connext LINE service and keep message reception enabled throughout the promotion period and the coupon delivery process. If a customer is eligible but does not use the Krungthai Connext LINE service, blocks messages, or deletes them, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the coupon. No alternative delivery methods will be provided, and the coupon cannot be exchanged, compensated, transferred, or redeemed for cash.
• The Starbucks e-Coupon can be used immediately or kept for use within the specified validity period. If the coupon is not used within this period, the Bank reserves the right not to provide any compensation or replacement.
• If an international money transfer is canceled or declined for any reason, the Bank will not offer compensation or alternative remedies for the coupon.
• The Starbucks e-Coupon cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or given to others under any circumstances.
• The terms and conditions for using the Starbucks e-Coupon are determined by Starbucks Thailand.
• The Bank reserves the right to offer benefits under this promotion only to customers who meet the eligibility criteria and comply with the promotion’s terms. The Bank will rely on the information in its system as the primary record.
• The Bank reserves the right to modify, amend, or cancel this promotion, in whole or in part, including substituting with similar or equivalent benefits. Changes or cancellations will be announced at least 3 days in advance via the Bank’s website or other designated channels, unless it does not affect the customer’s rights, in which case prior notice may not be required. In the event of any disputes related to this promotion, the Bank’s decision will be final.
