As food is one of the four requisites and cuisine reflects cultural identity and values, we are elevating local cuisine to promote sustainable consumption. We focus on using seasonal, locally sourced ingredients and seasonings. Dishes are beautifully presented with distinctive flavors, blending time-honored techniques to create value and attract visitors to the area to experience the heartfelt craftsmanship of local culinary delights.

This year’s calendar is printed on 100% recycled paper,
helping to prevent 902 tons of CO2 emissions, save 11,158 trees from being cut down, reduce water consumption by 2,455,632 liters, cut steam energy usage by 349 tons, and lower total energy consumption by 56,318 kilowatt-hours. These efforts contribute to combating global warming and reflect our commitment to environmental and social responsibility, aligning with our vision of “Growing Together for Sustainability.”
