How to Open a Global Savings Account

If the customer does not have
a Global Savings account,
go to ‘Services’,
and select ‘Global Savings’.
If the customer already has
a Global Savings account,
go to Global Savings,
and tab ‘Open a New Account.’

Review the account opening details
and select
‘Open a Global Savings Account’.

Agree to the terms and conditions,
then tap ‘Next’.

Enter your PIN.

Verify the currency
and tap ‘Next’.

Complete the FATCA form.
Complete the CRS form
and tap ‘Next’.

Review and confirm
your information.
Scan your face for identity
verification by tapping
‘Start Face Scan’.
Enter your personal information.
Enter your address information.

Complete additional
required details.
Review all information
and confirm.
Enter your PIN.
Your Global Savings account
is successfully opened.

How to Upgrade Your Account

For Customers with an FCD Savings Account with Passbook



Open the Krungthai NEXT app,
select ‘Account’, and tab
‘Upgrade to Global Savings Account’.

Go to ‘Upgrade to Global Savings Account’ banner
and tab ‘Upgrade Now’

Review the account upgrade details,
and select
‘Upgrade to Global Savings Account’.

Agree to the terms and conditions,
then tap ‘Next’.


Enter your PIN.
A list of all your accounts
will be displayed.
Tab ‘Next’.


For Customers with an FCD Savings Account with Passbook
In case of selecting One Account, Multiple Currencies:


Select ‘One Account,
Multiple Currencies’,
and tab ‘Next’.

Choose accounts for
currency consolidation.
Tab Next.

Confirm information.

Enter your PIN.


Your account is
successfully upgraded.

Tab ‘Finish’.


For Customers with an FCD Savings Account with Passbook
In case of selecting One Account, One Currency


Select ‘One Account,
One Currency’,
and tab ‘Next’.

Confirm information.

Enter your PIN.

Your account is
successfully upgraded.

In case of selecting One Account, Multiple Currencies


Select ‘One Account,
Multiple Currencies’,
and tab ‘Next’.

Review the details of the account
you want to combine with the
Global Savings account.
Tab ‘Next’.

Confirm information.

Enter your PIN.


Your account is
successfully upgraded.

How to Add a Currency

Open the Krungthai NEXT app
and go to the Global Savings main page.
Select ‘View All’.

Select ‘Open Currency Account’.

Agree to the terms and conditions,
then tap ‘Next’.

Select the desired currency.


Fill in the information
to open the currency account.

Verify the information
before confirming.

Scan your face for
identity verification by
tapping ‘Start Face Scan’.

Enter your PIN.


The currency account is
successfully opened.
