Exceptions not covered by the policy
- Case 1 In case cardholder has more than one Krungthai TranXit Debit Card, the company will provide maximum protection for only 1 card per person according to the name and card number that the bank has notified to the company.
- Case 2 In the event that the insured person loses an arm or a leg or sight before the date the coverage begins under this issue, the company will pay compensation only for the loss that occurs to the complete part as of the date the coverage begins.

Case 3 In case that one Krungthai TranXit Debit Card has more than one person opening an account, the company will not provide any coverage in any case.

1. The card fees are the lowest among bank’s debit cards. There is an annual fee of only 100 baths with the benefits from the card. (Details according to the bank’s announcement)

Every bank branches in the Bangkok Metropolitan Region area. Apply and get the card immediately.
Negative. Only a normal person can apply for the card.
Retail customers in the age of 15 and more can apply.
The card uses to make transactions preliminary in the Public Mass Transit System, it consists of
- The blue, purple, and pink lines MRT Sky-Train, the red line SRT Sky-Train, the yellow line Metropolitan Rapid Transit (Not included the BTS Sky-Train).
- The BMTA/ the Transportation Company Ltd’s buses proceeded with the bank’s card machine payment (Not including the affiliated bus - private affiliated bus).
- Expressway (Tollway) and Don Muang Tollway (Not including the Motorway).
In the case of applying for an urgent card (No name mentioned on the front of the card). Please receive the card immediately at the branch/if required to specify the name on the front of the card, please apply at the branch, but please wait for the card to be produced for 7 days then please come back to pick up the card at the branch
