Terms and Conditions

• This sales promotion is organized by Krungthai Bank Public Company Limited (“the Bank”) to provide exclusive privileges to customers who “register” through LINE Krungthai Connext or through the promotions menu on the Krungthai NEXT application before or on the day of transferring funds internationally via Krungthai NEXT (“Customers”) during 1st October 2024, at 00:01 hours - 31st January 2025, at 23:59 hours (Thailand time), unless the allocated number of privileges is fully redeemed before the end of the campaign period. Customers will receive a 200-baht Lazada e-coupon (“E-Coupon”) in accordance with the conditions set by the Bank.
• The privilege to receive a Lazada e-coupon is limited to the first 100 registrations per week or a total limit of 1,800 privileges throughout the duration of this sales promotion. The privileges will be reset every Monday at 00:01 hours.
• The privilege to receive a Lazada e-coupon is limited to 1 privilege/customer/month, with a maximum of 4 privileges throughout the duration of the campaign.
• Customers must register for the privilege through LINE Krungthai Connext or through the promotion menu on the Krungthai NEXT application before or on the day of transferring funds via Krungthai NEXT.
• Customers who are eligible in accordance with the conditions will receive the e-coupon through LINE Krungthai Connext within 1 months after the end of each month’s sales promotion, as follows:
  o Transactions during 1st - 31st October 2024, customers will receive the e-coupon by 30th November 2024. 
  o Transactions during 1st - 30th November 2024, customers will receive the e-coupon by 31st December 2024. 
  o Transactions during 1st - 31st December 2024, customers will receive the e-coupon by 31st January 2025. 
  o Transactions during 1st - 31st January 2025, customers will receive the e-coupon by 28th February 2025.
• Customers must be registered for the Bank's LINE Krungthai Connext service and allow message reception for the duration of the promotion and coupon delivery period. In the event that the entitled customer is not a user of the Bank’s LINE Krungthai Connext service or has blocked message receipt, the Bank reserves the right to cancel the delivery of the Lazada e-coupon. There shall be no option to change the delivery method, and requests for exchange, compensation, transfer, or cash refunds are not permitted.
• Customers can enter this Lazada e-coupon code before making payment on the Lazada application. Customers must be a registered Lazada member and log in before using the coupon.
• The coupon can be used once per order.
• Customers can accumulate spending across different stores, provided the total payment amount is equal to or greater than the value of the discount coupon, after deducting shipping fees and all types of discounts, and paying the full amount.
• The coupon cannot be combined with other Lazada promotions and is not applicable to items subject to promotional regulations.
• The coupon is not applicable for gold products, infant formula (Formula 1 and 2), store vouchers, mobile top-ups, or any type of bill payments.
• The Bank and Lazada reserves the right to deny compensation or refunds for the e-coupon in case the order is canceled or rejected for any reason, or if the product is returned due to a change of mind.
• This e-coupon does not include shipping fees and cannot be transferred, changed, exchanged, or redeemed for cash.
• The terms and conditions for using the e-coupon are as specified by Lazada.
• The Bank reserves the right to offer benefits under this sales promotion program solely to customers who satisfy the criteria and participate in activities according to the specified terms and conditions. Information stored in the Bank’s database will be given precedence in this regard.
• The Bank reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions and/or cancel this promotion, whether in whole or in part, including changes to similar or equivalent privileges. The Bank shall announce or notify customers no less than 3 days before the effective date via the Bank’s website or other channels as specified by the Bank. Unless the customers do not incur any disadvantage, in this case, the Bank may not provide prior notification. In the event of any dispute or disagreements related to this promotion, the Bank’s decision shall be deemed final.
• The Bank is not involved in the production, provision, distribution, import and/or delivery of goods/services under this sales promotion. Therefore, the Bank reserves the right to refuse any responsibility for cases of loss, damage, destruction, or defect related to such goods/services. If customers experience any issues or damages from purchasing products or using services, or if they have any questions or concerns, please contact the seller, manufacturer, or service provider directly.
• Lazada reserves the right to cancel orders that do not meet the specified conditions.
• The Bank shall assume that the customers participating in this promotion have read and acknowledged the terms and conditions and agree to comply with these aforementioned terms and conditions.
• Other conditions are as specified by the Bank and/or Lazada.
