Krungthai Bank is transforming educational institutions into smart universities and fostering cashless societies by integrating university activities on the U App. Our app provides a range of features, including a Virtual ID for identity verification, QR code scanning for attendance tracking, and convenient payment options for tuition fees and daily expenses in the digital canteen and at shops that use Tung-Ngern app.
Through these initiatives, we align our business operations with the United Nations’ sustainability framework and the Sustainable Development Goals, namely the goal of Quality Education, which aims to ensure inclusive and equitable quality education and promote lifelong learning opportunities for all, and the goal of Partnerships for the Goals, which aims to strengthen the means of implementation and revitalize the global partnership for sustainable development.
