Krungthai XSpring Securities Co.,Ltd has Krungthai Bank PCL holding 50% of its stocks and Xspring Capital PCL holding 49% stake with registered capital of 1,864 million Baht. KTX received a license form the Ministry of Finance and the Office of Securities and Exchange Commission of Thailand (SEC) to conduct securities business.
